GMC Sierra with Whelen Strobes
This was one sweet project, a GMC Sierra with Whelen Strobes, but with a difference. The strobes are there when you need them, but nearly invisible when you don’t. Not like my truck, an old ’85 Ford E350 type III fire rescue vehicle, with lights color converted for commercial use. The whelen strobes on it are certainly visible ALL the time. That bold light show works for the few, but most would like to have the lights only when they are needed. Like an undercover Cop, lights on, time for business, lights off, not here anymore. This Sierra looks like a regular fellow with the lights off, but as soon as they are on, in daylight or dark, its time for business. We used our experience with mobile vehicle lights to get the right lights for the best places. The result is a really cool GMC Sierra with Whelen Strobes (only when they are on).
